These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Capture Core, a product of Amo Veritas ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Capture Core is a personal productivity and goal-tracking platform that enables users to manage goals, objectives, tasks, time sessions, habits, journal entries, and performance analytics. The service includes an AI assistant, dashboard, and related integrations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Capture Core offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by applicable consumer law.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Consumer rights (UK): If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right may not apply if you have begun using the service.
Our IP: The Capture Core platform, software, design, branding, and all content created by us are owned by Amo Veritas and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create within the platform (goals, tasks, journal entries, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service to you.
We will not use your personal content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service may allow you to connect third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, WhatsApp). Your use of such integrations is governed by the respective third-party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of third-party services.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amo Veritas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law under UK consumer protection legislation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amo Veritas, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account from within the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and our Data Deletion Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may also have the right to refer disputes to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme or the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
